What is the typical lead time for a custom machine?

We understand that time is of the essence when delivering your custom solution. Since no two jobs are alike, our lead times vary greatly, however, we provide a detailed production timeline at the start of each project and remain in constant contact throughout the build process

Can KOALD create a fully custom solution, or do you only modify/integrate off-the-shelf equipment?

We specialize in fully custom solutions designed from the ground up. We are also experts in integration, and will work with you to seamlessly integrate your new, custom machine into your existing production line or design a new production line that may consist of custom, modified and off-the-shelf solutions. Our end goal is to deliver the best solution for your unique needs.

Do your machines meet industry standards such as USDA, FDA, and Dairy 3A?

Absolutely. Our machines are designed with sanitation and safety in mind. We will work with you to determine the regulations that need to be met and ensure that our final solution meets or exceeds the required industry standards.

Do you provide delivery and installation services?

Yes. We deliver and install our custom machines. We are experts in food processing and packaging systems integration and will ensure that your new custom solution is working flawlessly before we leave.

What kind of support do you provide after installation?

KOALD proudly stands behind the quality of our work, offering a 1-year warranty on workmanship for all custom-built machines. We also provide ongoing service for any of our machines and/or integrations.

Can your equipment be modified or upgraded in the future?

KOALD can modify or upgrade not only equipment we’ve built, but also off-the-shelf and other custom-built solutions from other manufacturers. Contact us for more information.

Do you only serve the food processing and packaging industries or do you provide solutions for other industries as well?

While we specialize in solutions for the food processing and packaging industries, we do build custom machines for other applications as well, especially those requiring a high degree of compliance and sanitation. Some of the industries to which we’ve provided custom solutions for include: consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
